Origins
My Level 1 certification rocket, Origins, was designed, built, and flown with MARS at Launch Canada. I completed fiberglass layups on the fins and integrated the airframe, recovery hardware, and a custom avionics system I developed for GPS tracking and flight-data collection. The flight was my first high-power certification and established the foundation for my upcoming Level 2 and Level 3 projects. (Watch the launch on YouTube)
Ascent
My Level 2 certification rocket, Ascent, was built as a more advanced high-power vehicle with a fully fiberglassed airframe. The fins use a composite carbon-fiber and fiberglass layup for increased stiffness and durability. Its recovery system uses dual-redundant, dual-deploy avionics for greater reliability, and onboard video captures the flight from launch through recovery.
