Rocketry Journey

My rocketry journey has been one of the most rewarding parts of my engineering experience. Through design, manufacturing, simulation, and launch preparation, I have been able to build practical skills in aerospace systems while taking on progressively more advanced projects.

I am a lead on MARS, where I help teach students how to design, build, and launch rockets. As Avionics Director, I am especially involved in the electronics and flight hardware side of projects, while also helping others learn the fundamentals of rocketry and move from ideas to real launches.

Earning my Level 1 certification with my rocket “Origins” was a major milestone for me. It marked an important step forward in my development as a rocketeer and gave me the confidence to keep pushing into more advanced high-power projects.

My interests in rocketry connect closely with my work in avionics, embedded systems, and aerospace hardware. I enjoy the full process, from early design and simulation to fabrication, integration, testing, and launch-day operations.

I am currently working toward my Level 2 certification, which is part of my broader goal of continuing to build more capable vehicles and more refined flight systems.

More than a single launch, this project reflects my broader journey in rocketry and my long-term interest in building advanced aerospace systems, especially in avionics, PCB hardware, and flight testing.
